Azentra

Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 22, 2026. Applies to azentra.agency and its contact form. Azizo and the Discord login have their own privacy policy. This is a translation; if it differs from the German version, the German version applies.

Who is responsible

Abdul Aziz Al Kwatli, sole proprietorship trading as Azentra, Bernoullistraße 4/31/6, 1220 Vienna, Austria; [email protected].

Visiting the website

Your browser and the servers involved process technical connection data, including IP address, requested URL, time and browser information, as far as this is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; interest: a working website protected against abuse.

We load fonts from our own server, not from third parties. We do not use advertising tools. The help chat “Ask Azizo” answers directly in your browser; its content is not sent to an AI provider.

If you switch the language, we store your choice in your browser's localStorage (key azentra.language, value only de or en, no identifier). This entry only serves to keep the language you chose. You can change it on the website or remove it by deleting the site data. Under § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021), no consent is needed, because the storage is strictly necessary for a service you explicitly requested.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Umami, a statistics tool running on our own server in Frankfurt. Umami sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It records pages viewed, time, time spent, the page you came from, country, device type, browser and clicks on individual buttons. Your IP address is not stored; Umami only derives a daily changing checksum from it to count visits. We do not share the data. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; interest: understanding how the website is used and improving it.

Questions you type or tap in the help chat “Ask Azizo” are stored by Umami as text, together with the page language and the other statistics data, without name and without IP address. We analyze them to improve our services, the website and the chat's answers. Please do not enter personal data there. We delete the questions no later than twelve months after they were entered. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; interest: understanding what visitors want to know.

Contact form

When you send an inquiry, we transfer your name, your email address and your voluntary details to our CRM at crm.azentra.agency. Voluntary details are: the package you want, whether you already have a server, the number of servers, links to your servers and your message. The CRM stores the contact, the inquiry, the time it was received and handled, and the source “website”; authorized staff manage follow-up activities.

When an inquiry arrives, two things happen automatically: Our team gets a notice in our internal Discord server with your name, the chosen package and a link to the CRM, so we can reply quickly. Your email address and message are not in the notice. Also, after three to five minutes you receive a confirmation email that confirms receipt and explains the next steps.

The purpose is to answer your inquiry and, if applicable, to prepare an offer. Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR applies when a contract with you is being prepared; for contact persons of a company or general inquiries, point (f) may apply (interest in handling business inquiries). Acknowledging this privacy notice is not consent to advertising. Without name and email address we cannot handle the inquiry; all other details are voluntary. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

Recipients, data locations and email

The website and CRM run on a Hostinger server in Frankfurt, Germany. Contract partner is Hostinger International Ltd, 61 Lordou Vironos, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. The data processing agreement is an annex to its terms of service. Where Hostinger or its subprocessors access data from outside the EEA, this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in the same agreement. The server is currently booked by our contractor (see below); Hostinger is therefore a subprocessor.

Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, USA, is used for DNS and as a security proxy in front of the CRM. A form inquiry therefore passes through Cloudflare to the server; Cloudflare processes the IP address, connection data and the content of the inquiry. The data processing agreement is part of its terms of service. Cloudflare bases transfers to the US on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, alternatively on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Module 2).

Discord Netherlands BV, Schiphol Boulevard 195, 1118 BG Schiphol, Netherlands, runs the Discord server in which our team receives the notice about new inquiries (name and package). Discord processes this data under its own privacy policy and, by its own account, also transfers it to the US, based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; interest: handling inquiries quickly.

Emails to [email protected] and the confirmation email after an inquiry are processed by Google Cloud EMEA Ltd, Dublin, Ireland, as a processor (Google Workspace). Transfers to the US are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, alternatively on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Inquiries are handled by Abdul Aziz Al Kwatli in Austria. He is supported by an independent contractor for sales and project management based in Lebanon. The contractor has access to the CRM and the mailbox, processes the data only on our behalf and on our instructions, and is bound to confidentiality by contract (data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR). There is no EU adequacy decision for Lebanon. The transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, Module 2) with additional safeguards such as two-factor login and no local copies (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). You can get a copy of the clauses by writing to [email protected].

How long we keep data

We delete or anonymize inquiries that do not lead to an order no later than twelve months after the last contact, in the CRM and in the mailbox. We check this once a quarter. If an order follows, we keep offers, invoices and related business correspondence for seven years (§ 132 BAO, § 212 UGB). Deleted data may remain in backups until those expire. Server logs are rotated by size and thus continuously overwritten.

Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent for the future where processing is based on it. Contact: [email protected]. Right to lodge a complaint: Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria.

Right to object: Where we process data based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). A short email to [email protected] is enough.

We do not make automated decisions or create profiles within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
